Yin Yoga with Soulside Healing Arts

Event Description Enjoy a slow-paced practice with postures that are held for longer periods of time to target deep connective tissues and fascia, increase mobility, and improve energy circulation. Meditation and breath work are interspersed throughout. All levels welcome; no previous yoga experience necessary. $15 or class pass Class occurs weekly on Sunday from 4:30 to 5:30 PM.
