ThinkFirst - Teen Workshop

Event Description ThinkFirst is a national organization with an important message for teens: Use your mind to protect your body! Did you know that traumatic injuries are the leading cause of death among teens? Car crashes, sports injuries, or even falls can result in serious injuries to the brain or spine. The good news is that many of these types of injuries are preventable. Learn how to protect yourself through hands-on demonstrations and inspiring speakers. Participants must be 11 - 17 years old.
