Event Description Transitions Hospice will be at The Villas of Holly Brook to give a presentation on Alzheimer's and Hospice. If you have lost a loved one to Alzheimer's or just would like to hear more on Alzheimer's and hospice, this is the event for you. We hope to see you. Everyone in attendance will get a free Forget Me Not seed package.
